House SJ is located in the maritime quarter of Costa Esmeralda, entrepreneurship, private thirteen kilometers north of the city of Pinamar and four hours from the City of Buenos Aires.De embossed flat, lot features a gentle slope that rises toward the bottom. The study proposed to preserve the dense grove of pine trees already present, remove only the necessary in order to implement the house.
The client, constituted by two families, as requested by the project of a house that could be experienced by both at the same time with a view to occasionally be rented.
The order consisted of a rest house entirely built in concrete, in spaces stripped, that require low maintenance. The program should cover the two bedrooms in suite with instead of saving himself and two bedrooms minimum –type cabin - with shared bathroom. It was intended that the social area is the space, protagonist of house, for which it is requested an outward expansion. The customer required a closed space for the saved vehicle, beach, and other semi-outdoors for cars. It highlighted the need for a close relationship of the interior with the exterior space, a relationship that would live closely the forest.
With the object of preserving the planting native, the house is arranged longitudinal to the lot, getting out of the front and side beyond the minimum provisions required by code, it being this way surrounded by pine trees around its perimeter.
The house follows a path regulator, arranged on a grid, orthogonal to the orders structurally and spatially.
This is organized in two platforms willing to difference of average level, connected by stairs rampant gentle slope and a vacuum in which the pine forest is part of the house.
The post platform -high-medium level of access to and supported on the natural terrain - houses the social area, which opens onto a terrace with a visual to a golf course located behind the terrain.
To the front, to the middle level on the plant social, stands the platform of the bedroom, leaning on a prism hosting service areas and saved.
This support is upper level must be recessed and reduced to a minimum, seeking to focus the download of forces in the shortest possible space, in an attempt to generate a powerful visual of flight of the box top and be able to take advantage of the space semi-covered generated on the natural terrain to the saving of cars, the space required by the clients.
The walkways of glass connect the two platforms, through the empty space through a promenade surrounded by greenery and illuminated by the light that filters through the cover, only to be filtered through the branches of the trees. The vital energy of the forest is introduced into the interior of the house.
Both the outer envelope as the partition walls interiors are built in concrete, while the floors are of cement. Was chosen for the timber anodized aluminum, color dark bronze to emphasise the openings of the apertures without competing with the stone material.
In a scheme of architecture elemental synthesized by two platforms linked by bridges communicating and green courtyards, a continuous ribbon of concrete wraps around the entire house, thus constituting a single volume composed of full and empty, while protecting the spatiality inside of the visual external, preserving its intimacy without de-link it from its natural environment.
