A project where the connection with nature, the assessment of the design and the willingness to work in a team.

Located in a venture in the outskirts of São Paulo, the house is surrounded by a landscape of carefully designed around an artificial lake and a golf course.
The owners, passionate about the art and culture of brazil, requested a home that reflected their style of life and rise to fame for its design.
The biggest challenge faced Luciano when designing this project was to create a house of large surface area that is not seen as a volume blunt, but blend in with the surrounding landscape. For that reason, decided to organize the house in a unique main floor, complemented by a hidden level that houses the technical areas and a fitness centre, thereby achieving a harmonious integration with the surrounding environment.
The house is organized around a central courtyard, where the vegetation typical of the atlantic forest creates a space of visual enjoyment. It has four bedrooms —one master and three for children, a spacious living room and an area dedicated to entertainment.
A generous gallery occupies a more privileged position in the field, offering direct views of the lagoon and the golf course. This gallery is the heart of the home. In Brazil, thanks to the weather, you can enjoy the outdoors for much of the year, and it could be said that it is a local custom that life is developed greatly in this type of spaces. Given that the best views coincide with the position of the setting sun, is protected by the gallery with walls of concrete, by his inclination, reduce the incidence of the sun at sunset.
The pool is projected at the same level as the main floor (elevated above the ground) with the intention of generating an integration with the surrounding landscape through the reflection of the pond, thus creating a continuity between the two bodies of water. To be elevated with respect to the ground level, an overflow infinite creates the effect of falling water, and occurs on the level of the ground like a piece of sculpture.
The bedrooms, arranged toward the front of the lot, is open to a spacious front yard that offers a direct connection with nature and privacy from the street.
In terms of the process of working Luciano highlights the work of the owners and the construction firm, specializing in the execution of design houses, having created the ideal conditions for the work, to flow optimally, and the final result of the work out as it was captured in the original design.
Luciano and the construction company managed to transform the geographical distance in proximity, dialogue and feedback constant between the parties. This will not only be reflected in the final result, but a process really enjoyable and stimulating for all parts of the work equipment and for the owners.
